Directions

From Hickory:

Take I-40 West and get off exit 121 Longview.  Turn right and go 3.7 miles on Old Shelby Road.  You will veer right onto George Hildebrand School Road at Advent Crossroads.  You will take the road between the two old white stores.  Go 3.2 miles on George Hildebrand School Road.  Just before you get to the studio you will past on the left M&R Garage and then three houses, all on your left.  Just before the third house (brick) you will see a yellow “School bus stop ahead” sign.  Just past the third house on your left will be a gravel driveway with a split rail fence and a post with three green house signs.  You will see a brown cedar house and an older white house.  The studio is past the old white house.

From Morganton (I-40):

Take I-40 East and get off exit 118 Old NC 10.  Turn right and go a little more than .5 miles on Old NC 10.  You will see Childers Furniture on your right and a gas station and Bows & Ballestics on your left.  There is a road between the gas station and Bows & Ballestics.  It is Johnson Bridge Road, take a left onto it.  Stay on Johnston Bridge Road till you come to a stop sign, about 4 miles.  Turn right onto George Hildebrand School Road.  You will go .4 miles and turn left into the driveway. 

Both Directions:

Here are some things to look for: Just before you get to the studio you will past on the left M&R Garage and then three houses, all on your left.  Just before the third house (brick) you will see a yellow “School bus stop ahead” sign.  Just past the third house on your left will be a gravel driveway with a split rail fence and a post with three green house signs.  You will see a brown cedar house and an older white house.  The studio is past the old white house through the woods.  It is a brick house.
